Accomodations
THALIA has a very traditional interior design, one that has worked well for cruisers for years. Starting forward, the master cabin has V-berths with filler to complete a double berth. Next aft is the head with small vanity, and sink with manual cold water system. There is an opening port for ventilation. (SEE PHOTOS)
The salon has port and starboard settees with blue cushions. The port settee pulls out to increase the size of the sleeping area (the size of a FULL bed). The dining table folds up and away to the forward bulkhead when not in use. There is a quarter-berth for additional sleeping accommodations (or extensive storage area for sails, cushions etc). The galley is aft with Kenyon two burner stove top, ice box and ample counter-top and storage space. Head room is very good throughout the yacht. The sole is teak and holly, the interior joinery is mahogany, all in very good condition. There are two hatches and a companionway for additional ventilation.

Mechanical
The current owner purchased this sailboat six years ago and has maintained her very well. THALIA has a Yanmar diesel engine (Yanmar 2QM15 Diesel). The engine compartment and bilge is clean. The aluminum fuel tank was replaced a few years ago. Engine professionally serviced each season.

Sails and Rigging
Single spreader, keel stepped mast, sloop rig with aluminum mast and boom. The headsail has new Harken roller furling system (installed 2012); the mainsheet operates from a traveler. Main halyard and mainsheet are both led aft to the cockpit for easy access. THALIA has Lewmar winches. Sails are in fair condition and have been cleaned every other season.

There are stainless steel bow and stern rails connected by single life line and stanchions. The aft cockpit is large and accommodating with wheel steering. The cockpit is protected by Burgundy color canvas dodger and bimini, canvas is clean and in good condition. Custom seat cushions made in 2011. (SEE PHOTOS)
